From Design To Production

The Real Manufacturing Process Of Brewery Equipment

All products is CAD computer-aided designed, comprehensive, fine, strict production process to ensure high quality products; Production workshop using strict quality control standards, the concept of quality management throughout every step

1.Raw Materials and Testing

The factory purchases high quality 304 stainless steel materials, 100% testing on each type of rawmateral to onsure that they meet the standards before proceeding to the nextstage.

2.Laser Cutting & Welding

Laser-cut and shape metal sheets into tanks, fermenters, and piping. Perform TIG welding for seamless, sanitary joints to prevent contamination.

3.Assembly & Integration

Assemble brewhouse systems (mash tuns, boil kettles) with integrated controls. Install automation (PLC systems) for temperature, pressure, and flow management.

4.Quality Assurance

Conduct hydrostatic testing, surface polishing, and passivation for corrosion resistance. Verify compliance with PED, ASME,or local regulatory standards.

5.Pressure Test & Commissioning

Tanks are rigorously pressure-tested for inner, jackets and finished products. Run test batches to ensure operational efficiency and consistency. 

6.Packaging & Logistics

Disassemble and crate components for secure shipping. Provide installation guides and on-site support service for global clients.
